Over the following years Rick’s real estate career experience expanded greatly, by being extensively involved in commercial real estate specializing in the area of condominium properties. His leadership participation contributed to the amazing, total sell out of Vail Run condominiums in Vail Colorado in less than 18 months as well as a record breaking sell-out of the Landmark Condominiums in Panama City Beach Florida.

As a industry leader in the commercial real estate field for over 20 years, Rick’s leadership of over 250 employees while serving as their Chief Executive Officer, produced industry record-breaking, multi-million dollar sell-outs of condominium properties across the United States, Mexico and throughout the Caribbean.

Director of Live Events and Security

Brian P. Marks
- Clermont, Florida USA

Before assuming the position of Director of Special Live Events and Security with The Richer Life Connection Mr. Marks held the position of the Northeast Regional General Manager for NCS Pearson - Transportation and Security Agency (TSA) Project. This Position entailed being contracted by the United States Transportation and Security Agency to Federalize and staff 429 Airports in the United States.

As the Northeast Regional General Manager, Mr. Marks set the pace for the rest of the United States. He achieved or excelled in all areas of the Transportation and Security Agency. Due to the heightened security needed in airports from to the aftermath of 9/11, his task assignment was massive in scale and one that had never been attempted in the past.

The assignment; the federalization of the United States airports. This process was that of screening and then qualifying, ranking and rating of federal employee candidates according to pre-defined Federal KSA standards.

Qualifying positions included all Federal Security Directors through the Passenger Screeners. Results yielded over one million resumes reviewed and 60,000 hired candidates. A ready pool of another 60,000 candidates all trained and hired by contract deadline.

As Northeast Regional General Manager, Mr. Marks’ responsibilities included the overseeing of resumes for both hardcopy and electronic media via Monster Board. While all this was taking place, in record-breaking time, Mr. Marks established a "Red Tag" IT Team. This IT Team under his management, installed, configured and managed a high security network of approximately 350 work stations and 3 main computer servers.

For Mr. Marks, this was an A to Z project and his management responsibilities included; contracting for all the office and floor space, installation of all computer equipment as well as organizing and contracting all venders. His accomplishments with the Transportation and Security Agency project put him in a class of his own when he paved a new path for the Transportation and Security Agency by masterminding and creating a nation wide Federal Employment Inquiry Call Center.

His responsibilities included; maintenance of all computer hardware, daily, weekly, monthly reporting and the creation of a Governmental Top Security custom computer database and tracking system with 24/7 on-line access via web servers. This software also included a complete inventory and overview break down of the "Red Tag" Project.

These accomplishments not only saved the Transportation and Security Agency thousands of dollars in recruiting cost but were also instrumental in streamlining the government's entire human resource activity for the staffing of Passenger Screeners in 429 Airports throughout the United States of America.


Director of Information & Communications Technology

Robert Myers
- Charlotte, North Carolina USA

As the Director of Information and Communications Technology for The Richer Life Connection, Robert Myers is responsible for all aspects or the company’s information technology and systems. He directs the use of Information and oversees all Communications Technology to support The Richer Life Connection's and long-range objectives.

His knowledge of both technology and business process plays a cross-functional perspective making him more than capable of aligning the technology deployment strategy in harmony with the firm's business strategy.

He is also responsible for engineering the business processes and the underpinning IT infrastructures to achieve more productive, efficient and valuable use of information within the company's current projects and future development.

Mr. Myers has over 37 years of experience providing high-level design solutions that conform to the overall system requirements and converting the company's business definitions to system programming specifications.

He oversees all technology purchases, implementation and various related services, including the effective and strategic use of common enterprise-wide information requirements.

In addition, Mr. Myers’ responsibility includes designing and writing complex computer programs and system interfaces in accordance with the company’s needs, software installation, training personnel as well as performing unit tests of system interface programs prior to release of computer code and scripts for quality assurance testing.


Director of Coaching Services

Raymond Murray
- Charlotte, North Carolina USA

In the vital role of Director of Coaching Services, Mr. Murray brings with him over 33 years of experience as a Life Success coach. His responsibilities consist of discovering, researching, qualifying and assembling corporate alliance coaching services for The Richer Life Connection.

His duties include systematically aligning these coaching services through the proper disbursement of the company's five membership levels to maximize the benefit to best serve the individual members.

Before joining The Richer Life Connection, Mr. Murray’s professional success coaching practice provided professional services in the areas of organizational recruiting, training and development.

Mr. Murray’s coaching services were utilized by individuals, couples and families leading them to achieving their personal goals for better communication, maximizing growth, and helping them to make transitions to new careers as well as serving business owners in the process of expanding their companies.

His coaching services included coaching human resource directors and personnel, corporate teams and senior executive management on how to maximize their performance by empowering them to discover and clearly understand new and improved ways of transmitting and receiving human resource management information.

His advanced coaching programs included how to master problem solving for quick and effective results, how to better communicate, promote corporate ideas and the announcement and delivering of new corporate plans.

His intense executive development workshops and retreats with individual chairmen and/or boards of directors have been instrumental in coaching them to dramatically increase their productivity and overall profits and how to streamline employee efficiency by reducing or completely eliminating corporate and/or individual stress situations, events and/or environments.


CEO Special Advisory Council – SAC

The Richer Life Connection has assembled outstanding Business leaders to service as a Special Advisory Council. These individuals collectively provide our CEO with a wide range of both domestic and international business development analysis and advice.

This council also delivers objective advice on the most current personal development, life management skills and physical fitness issues. Each member of the council is personally selected and appointed to the SAC by our CEO, Rick C. Ernst.

The duties and functions of the SAC include:

1.
To assist and advise the CEO in the business development of The Richer Life Connection and the discovery, development and preparation of the new cutting edge membership programs, services and benefits.

2. To gather timely and authoritative information concerning; business and economic developments, social trends, personal growth and development, life management and physical fitness issues both current and prospective.

The SAC then analyzes and interprets such information for the purpose of preparing a written proposal in recommending to the CEO which membership programs, services and benefits to implement for future development to best serve our membership in influencing, benefiting or assisting in their businesses, entrepreneurial efforts and personal lives.

3. To appraise The Richer Life Connection’s current membership programs, services and benefits for the purpose of determining which of these activities are best contributing to our membership needs. The SAC then submits to our CEO these written reviews and analysis with their proposal and recommendations on how to update, improve and/or better serve our membership.


Members Of The CEO Special Advisory Council – SAC

Michael J. Panaggio
- Daytona Beach, Florida USA

Mr. Panaggio received his Business Degree from the State University of New York at Brockport where he majored in Economics and Finance. Upon graduation, he immediately ascended to the top ranks as a commodity broker with Merrill Lynch in New York, NY and Prudential Bache in Rochester, NY.

Today Mr. Panaggio is the founder and CEO of Direct Mail Express (DME) in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since 1982, He has lead, DME from a start-up company employing seven people to a fast paced, continuously expanding, vertically integrated marketing company that currently employs over 750 associates.

Mr. Reid brings to the SAC his professional experience in the accounting, financial and asset protection arenas.

His career has included serving and consulting in a multitude of strategic upper-level management and training capacities to include comptroller, financial director and financial analyst-consultant for such national and international corporations as the Woodward & Lothrop chain of department stores, Sears & Roebuck and; Sibley, Linsey & Curr and others.

In addition, Mr. Reid has served as President/CEO of several international financial consulting firms headquartered throughout the state of Florida.

His international expertise includes currently serving as one of the major principles of an international bank.

Mark S. Western
– Orlando, Florida USA

Mr. Western was born and educated in England and spent the first twelve years of his professional career as an engineer in oil and gas exploration and production. He participated in numerous onshore and offshore, well service, testing and production operations, in the North Sea, Middle East, Far East and North Africa, including DST (drill stem testing), Sand Fracture and Acid Stimulation programs.

He also spent two years commissioning a production platform for Amoco in the Rijn Oil Field, Dutch Southern North Sea Sector. This involved the implementation and supervision of complex gas and water injection systems, formation stimulation and flow-assurance programs.

In the early 1990's, Mr. Western founded Completion and Production Services Ltd., to lead exploration projects for Maersk Oil and Gas, with Schlumberger in Esbjerg, Denmark. He has performed testing, maintenance and flow-assurance programs on some of the largest oil and gas fields in the world.

In 1995 due to an uncertain economic outlook within the industry Mr. Western relocated to the United States and pursued an alternative career path in the energy sector.

During 1997, Mr. Western became President of a Las Vegas based LED lighting firm and successfully negotiated a $39 million, five year contract with Illinova Energy Partners, a subsidiary of the $5.7 billion utility giant, Illinova.

During February of 1998, Mr. Western formed an LED spin-off venture named UNERGI, Inc., and by August 1999, had negotiated a merger with public company, New Millennium Media International, and retired from the firm.

Mr. Western returned to the Oil and Gas industry in 2002, and formed TEKOIL to develop and utilize revolutionary oil and gas recovery enhancement technologies, while building a competitive, highly visible, global energy production company.


Howard Cracower - Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada

Mr. Zaharik has over 31 years experience in aviation industry including 28 years operating high performance, high altitude aircraft all around the world. This includes transport category aircraft, as well as, high performance business jet aircraft. As of today, his Total Flight Time is 22,122 hours and as a Captain with Air Canada flying a Boeing 767, his fight time is growing daily.

Throughout his career he has been dedicated to the aviation industry as a flight operations consultant. During this time, he has functioned as the CEO and President of Delta Aerospace.

Delta Aerospace provided insight into the complexities of airline and corporate aviation industries both inside and outside of the flight deck environment, providing significant understanding of flight operations cost structures and developments through consulting role to aforementioned corporations.

Dr. Wayne Pickering - Daytona Beach, Florida USA

Dr. Pickering has over 30 years of experience as a Performance Coach and Life Management Consultant as well as Professional Physical Fitness and Health and Nutrition Speaker and Author.

His speaking engagements have taken him to five countries, and have shown thousands of people how to enjoy life totally free of health problems caused by poor eating habits.

His prognosis was death at age 30. Now, at 60 years young, Dr. Pickering is an award winning Triathlete & double nominee for the Healthy American Fitness Leader Award. To celebrate his 60th birthday he stretched on the beach for 60 minutes; then swam 6 miles in the ocean followed by a 60 mile bicycle ride.

Dr. Pickering is a Florida State Licensed Nutritional Counselor whose programs are approved for continuing education credits by the Florida and Alabama State Boards of Pharmacy and the Florida Board of Dentistry. He is the founder and CEO of the Daytona Beach, Florida based, Center for Nutrition & Life Management, Inc.
