If I upgrade my membership to a higher level, do I have to pay the total price for the higher level membership or do I receive a credit for my previously paid membership fee?

Each membership level stands on its own. No credit is given for previously purchased memberships.

Can I use a calling card to participate in the teleseminars calls?

Membership is activated as soon as we receive payment.
