The exclusive remedy arising from communications on or through the Richer Life Connection web site(s) is between Member and relevant Vendor. Member agrees that, in return for permission to use the Richer Life Connection web site(s) Member waives any and all claims against the Richer Life Connection that are connected to use of the Richer Life Connection web site(s) or any vendor that provides services or products on the Richer Life Connection web site(s).

Suspension and Termination:

RLC shall have the right to immediately terminate this Contract and/or suspend the Web Site(s) if the User commits a breach of the Terms and Conditions. The Richer Life Connection reserves the right to cancel any member for reasons that it feels are detrimental to the membership site(s), its members, its partners or the future success of itself. Cancellations performed by The Richer Life Connection are final and any restitution will be the membership fee paid within the past 30 days based on a prorated basis less a $50.00 processing fee.

Cancellations:

If you choose to become a member, your membership comes with a 30 day money back guarantee minus a 5% administrative fee. The 30 day money back guarantee only applies to your initial membership and NOT to future membership upgrades. In addition, you agree not to attempt to charge back or dispute any charges made by The Richer Life Connection, The Coaching Institute and/or its Agents to your credit card, PayPal account or any other payment processing listed on the Richer Life Connection web site today or in the future. In the event of a billing error or duplicate billing The Richer Life Connection will investigate the matter and issue a refund if deemed necessary.

Members are financially responsible for the monthly membership fee until they cancel. You may cancel your The Richer Life Connection membership at anytime you desire, however cancellations are not retroactive therefore, if a member cancels after their membership month has begun, the member will not be entitled to a refund for that membership month. Cancellations do not become effective until the starting date of the member's next membership month. A membership month begins on the calendar date (e.g., December 15th) when a member subscribes to The Richer Life Connection and concludes on the day before that calendar date (e.g., January 14th) the following month. If a member's monthly dues are more than 30 days overdue the account will be cancelled. Once a member's account is cancelled they may regain their active membership status by paying all past due monthly fees within 180 days from the time their account became overdue.

Best Benefits - Terms, Conditions and Disclosures

This plan is not insurance. This is your agreement as Cardholder with Best Benefits. It is effective on the date of acceptance of Cardholder's application for enrollment in the Best Benefits Plan (Plan) and for a period of 12 months following this date for an annual membership plan or for thirty days for a monthly membership plan.

Best Benefits shall provide Cardholder with a listing of participating providers. Cardholder shall excuse Best Benefits from any liability for errors in such listings. Providers are subject to change without notice. Cardholder is responsible for choice of provider, verification that the provider is a current participant in the Plan and for payment for goods and services. No portion of any provider's fee will be reimbursed or otherwise paid by Best Benefits. Cardholder is solely responsible for payment. Savings are based on the provider's usual fees or on national or regional fees for the service or product. Actual savings will vary depending upon your location and the specific products or services purchased. Providers may offer certain products or services to the general public at prices lower than the Best Benefits price. In that event, members will always be charged the lower price. Best Benefits is a discount program and not insurance. Best Benefits discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other network based program.

Although Best Benefits screens participating providers to ensure appropriate credentials and qualifications to provide goods and services, Best Benefits does not otherwise guarantee nor is responsible for the quality of such service or product purchased by Cardholder.

Payment of membership fee is made by the billing source authorized by you in accordance with the payment terms to which you agreed. Best Benefits reserves the right to increase or decrease the enrollment fee for each renewal membership term effective upon renewal of your membership. Membership is not transferable. Only you and your immediate family may use the membership. Immediate family means you, your spouse and children living at your home. Should a single member wish to add family members, call the customer service number shown on the membership I. D. Card.

Life and Health Guaranty Association. This contract is not an insurance policy and is not protected by any Life and Health Guaranty Association.

General Complaint Procedure. Complaints of any nature may be filed with Coverdell or Discount Development Services, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary, the discount medical plan organization at 8420 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60631. South Dakota Residents. Should you remain dissatisfied with the results from your complaint with the discount medical plan organization, you may contact the Division of Insurance or the insurance department in your state.

Termination and Cancellation. You may terminate this agreement and your membership at any time by calling us at the toll free number on your membership card or you may notify us in writing at Member Services, 8420 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60631. Your cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of your XXTCGS-TC-A 1A 0107 cancellation notice and you will no longer be billed for your membership. You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days of the effective date for a full refund of fees paid.

Governing Law and Arbitration. This agreement and its interpretation and enforcement shall be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved by binding, non-appealable private arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of American Arbitration Association in Chicago, Illinois, unless required by a member's individual state laws to resolve in a different location. This provision shall survive the termination of this agreement and its interpretation shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

Governing Law and Arbitration for Florida Residents. This agreement and its interpretation and enforcement shall be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved by a voluntary private arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Leon County, Florida. This provision shall survive the termination of this agreement and its interpretation shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

Governing Law and Arbitration for Montana Residents. This agreement and its interpretation and enforcement shall be governed and controlled by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved by a voluntary private arbitration conducted in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Montana. This provision shall survive the termination of this agreement and its interpretation shall be subject to the Federal Arbitration Act.

South Dakota Residents. If you cancel the program you are not obligated to make any further payments under the program, nor are you entitled to any benefits under the program for any period of time after the last month for which payment has been made.

Disclosure. This plan is not insurance. The plan provides discounts at certain health care providers of medical services. The plan does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. The plan member is obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those health care providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization. In the state of Florida this plan is administered by Coverdell, a discount medical plan organization. In all other states this plan is administered by Coverdell or Discount Development Services, LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary, a discount medical plan organization at 8420 W. Bryn Mawr, Suite 700, Chicago, IL 60631, 1-866-591-9120. You have the right to cancel this plan within 30 days of the effective date for a full refund of fees paid.
